My favorite and only web comic that I read is called Minus. Minus is it’s an award-winning, controversial, fantasy/humor web-comic about a young girl named minus who has the power to change almost anything in the world around her. She has turned a library into a pirate ship, swam with mermaids, become the ruler of an ant colony, changed the flow of time, created a race of beings and left them on their own, climbed into painting, and destroyed the world (there was an afterlife, though).
The story is supposed to have eschewed plot development and conflict in it and focus on the characters and the events that happen to them like in films by Takeshi Kitano, director and actor in the movies “Zatoichi” and “Battle Royal”: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Takeshi_Kitano. Each page seems as though it has some sort of lesson to it.
