Frazetta did work that would later define the barbarian type look and imagery popular in other works such as Conan. He did paintings of classic characters like Frankenstein, King Kong, Conan, and Gollem from ‘Lord of the Rings”. Plus, his death dealer, queen of Egypt, and tiger lady paintings were impressive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I like how he portrayed the women. A lot of painters just paint paintings where the woman looks like a skinny, scantily clad model in armor (It makes me think that if these women were real, they would just lay around all the time because they were so underfed.), but Frazetta’s women look like they are powerful warrior women.
