I have heard that, in the past, that writing and, specifically, writing poetry used to be used by churches and people in history as a means of healing and medicine. I have also heard that creative activities such as writing are beneficial to one&#8217;s health. It results in better mental health and fewer doctor&#8217;s visits I believe that writing, even if it is in a blog, can be good for a person if they enjoy it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I write about a pretty wide range of topics and mostly I write for myself, but I also write or post something for friends if I think it is relevant or helpful.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One reason why I blog is because I love to write.
